‘Happy Feet’ and ‘Casino Royale’ beat newcomers, hold strong at #1 and #2

Despite four new movies in theaters, ‘Happy Feet’ and ‘Casino Royale’ remained #1 and #2 at the box office holding strong with $37.9 and $31 million respectively. ‘Deja Vu’ was the high newcomer at #3 with $20.8 million followed by ‘Deck the Halls’ at $12 million. ‘The Fountain’ and ‘Tenacious D’ both opened in the $3 mllion rannge.

Mercury atomic clock keeps time with record accuracy
